How do I register and log on to the site?
To register with this site:
- Click either on the “Register” Link at the top of any page, or on the “Register/Log In” link on any item detail page.
- Fill out the required information (in bold) on the site registration screen. Then click “Submit.”
- You will receive a confirmation email shortly after registering to confirm that your information has been received.
- All new customers must be approved before accounts are activated. Activation normally takes less than 4 hours during regular business hours.
To log-in to this site:
- Enter your Username (email address) and Password at the top of any page, then click “Submit.”
- After you have logged-in to the site, be sure to edit your member settings to enter default shipping and billing information.
How do I locate a product?
You can search for a product two ways: using the “Search” field or by browsing.
To search:
- Simply enter a keyword or a product number into the search field at the top of any page.
- If the results of your search are numerous, narrow your search by using the search filters on the left of the results page.
To browse:
- Select from the pull-down lists of categories and brands on the top of each page or from the bottom of the home page.
- Once your results are displayed, pick an item from the results displayed, or narrow your search by using the search filters on the left of the results page.
How can I receive detailed product information?
Once you find the product you are searching for, you can receive additional product information by clicking on the product image or the name of the product. You will then be able to view a larger product picture, description, selling price and other pertinent information.

- Be sure to be logged into the site
- Click on Shop by Category or Search
- Select a Category
- Select an item
- Choose color of garment
- Click on "Decoration Item" tab
- Check "add decoration" box
- Choose embroidery location
- Choose logo from "Logo Selection" drop box
- Click "Apply to Item"
- Add quantity of the garments you wish to order to the size of choice.
- Add selection to list
- Once items selected for purchase are added to your cart, and you are ready for check out, go to your shopping cart by clicking "Shopping Cart" on the site navigation.
- Review your order and, if satisfied with your selections, click on the button “Proceed to Secure checkout.”
- The next step is to fill out Your Shipping Info. Products will all be shipped to the same address. If your billing address is the same as your shipping, you can check the box signifying this.
- Click on “Continue Checkout” to select the shipping method and cost.
- Next, Choose your shipping method and, if needed, add any Shipping or Special Instructions. When finished, click on “Continue Checkout.”
- For billing information please complete the form on this page. All fields marked with a
indicate required information. Click on the Continue Checkout button at the bottom of the page. - The verify page is one more chance to review your selections before completing your order. If you would like to go back to your cart to change any items, go back to the catalog to add additional items, you can do it now. To place your order, click on the “Purchase” button.
- That’s it! Your order is complete. The final page will display your order summary and order confirmation number on the screen. In addition, you will also receive an order confirmation via email.
What is the order processing time?
Standard processing time is 3 days. You may request an earlier date on the shipping checkout screen, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we can not guarantee that we will be able to ship within an earlier date. If it is mandatory that you meet the requested date, please also note this in the special instructions box, and we will contact you to advise if we can meet your request. Please note that earlier shipping dates may incur higher shipping costs.

Unless otherwise indicated, all orders ship by UPS ground transit. Please provide a street address as orders cannot ship to post office boxes. Expedited shipping methods are also available for an additional charge. You may select an expedited shipping method as you check out by selecting the desired method on the “shipping instructions” screen.
